June 1993
My mother and I were sitting on the floor of my newly rented office. I had no furniture,
no wall decorations, not even a chair. A new journey was just beginning. I was preparing my
office for clients. Mother gave me unconditional love and tons of support for my new carreer.
She gave me high hopes (a few decorating tips) and voluntered to be my first 'office' client.
... While sitting on the floor with Mom she handed me a card that reads as follows:
"I'm so proud of you I could bust my buttons, Yep, it's pride! That's all! Doesn't
have a thing to do with all the junk food I've been eating... Nope JUST PRIDE."

I have been referring many patients to Nancy Siegrist over the past year for hypnosis,
for a wide variety of conditions, including weight loss, smoking, behavioral modifications,
stress reduction and pain control. As well as identification of early repressed experiences
and regression. I have had only positive feedback from the patients that have been working
with her. she has the highest ethical and professional standards, and I recommend her,

I went to see Nancy about a month ago for my public speaking problems.
Since seeing Nancy I've had two presentations in school and have noticed
a considerable difference in my performance. I'm hardly nervous at all
anymore and my hands, that once shook out of control while speaking, are
now steady. I feel as if this treatment was the foundation or the stepping
stone if you will, to what I needed to do to help me become the best public
speaker I can be. once again this treatment worked great for me and Nancy is

Guess What I did last night? I went to a hypnosis for weight loss session at
South Seminole Hospital. Yeah, Yeah- I can hear you now, but I pride myself on having
an open mind so I figured I give it a try. I figured I'd tried almost everything else
to get thinner, why not this too? The program sounded credible, was relatively inexpensive
as hypnosis goes, was sponsored by a hospital and has a back up tape to help you recreate
and reinforce the experience at home. AND you're able to retake the seminar any time you
like again for free. Sounded good to me so I went for it.
BOTTOM LINE - I LOVED IT.
The next time anyone wants to hypnotize me... sign me up. It was such a positive experience
I can't really describe it. It was one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had in
my life. I have so much energy today. I feel absolutely wonderful about myself and I
feel super in charge of myself. I thought there would be something magical and mystical
(possibly ominous and menacing) about hypnosis, but it's really not that strange. It
turns out that it's only that foggy time in your brain when you're between sleep and
waking. Your mind is racing because your brain is unfettered in this state. ... The
effect of this on me is priceless. I can't find the words to express it. The only thing
I can say for sure is... I can't remember the last time I felt this good, both physically
and mentally. My next project... I want to go back and have Nancy help me with my fear of
loathing crowds. Maybe I'll be able to face Christmas shopping at the mall this year :-)

(This entry is dedicated to the Memory Dick R. Who left this earth in November of 2002.
This is his testimony from two Past Life Regression sessions) Nancy, On two occasions
during the past year, I have experienced Past Life Regression Analysis under the skillful
administration of Nancy Siegrist. I had a few misgivings as I began my first experience
but soon realized there was nothing to fear and look forward to more sessions as circumstances
permit. In my opinion, Ms. Siegrist is an expert in her craft. I would certainly
recommend her to anyone interested in exploring their past lives. As mentioned above,
at the start of my first session, I was a bit apprehensive, but now am thoroughly
convinced that past life regression is not only possible, but very informative and
interesting. Anyone desiring to journey back through past lives will find Ms. Siegrist
a most able guide.

Dear Nancy, I'm not sure if I should be congratulating me or I should be congratulating
you. I think I will start by asking you if you know what day it is today. Do you know? OK,
I won't keep you in suspense any longer. One year ago today I went to your office and you
told me that I am a non-smoker. Yes, that's right, today is one year without cigarettes.
Not one slip!!! I just wanted to thank you for your help in doing this for me.
